IC Holiday is professional in providing serviced apartments and related services, including travel consulting, tickets booking, property consulting, telephone interpreting and cross-culture exchange. We are based in Kunming, the capital city of Yunnan Province, in the southwest of China.
Regarding to the serviced apartments, currently we have two locations:
One is located in SOHO Junyuan on Beijing Road, which is a vice center of the city, just 1.5 kilometers far from the CBD area. SOHO Junyuan is a high market, safe, beautiful and modern compound developed by one of the 50 biggest real estate companies in China, Jun Fa Real Estate. In this location we mainly have private studios (either double bed or twin beds inside), which is around 50 square meters. Each studio consists of a big living room (combining with the bedroom), an open kitchen, a western bathroom and a big balcony. All the studios are fully furnished, Wifi is available as well. In addition, we are glad to arrange cooking utensils, refrigerator and washing machine for you upon your requirements.
The other is located in Shun Cheng Superior Apartments in the exactly city center of Kunming. Shun Cheng is another high end compound in Kunming, boasting the best location and the most facilities throughout the whole city. Downstairs of our apartments is the biggest shopping mall of Kunming, Shun Cheng Shopping Mall with Wang Fu Jing Department Store inside. Zheng Yi Fang, Jin Ma Fang (known as the landmark of Kunming), Jingxing Flower and Bird Market, the pedestrian streets and provincial museum are all in five minutes’ walking distance. If you are lucky to stay in this location, you will have a beautiful bird view of the whole city of Kunming or West Hill. The smallest apartment we have in this location is 2-bedroom apartment, and we also have 3-bedroom apartments and 4-bedroom apartments for groups, big families or shared accommodation as well. In fact, we also have totally private en-suite double room even in a big shared apartment because you will have your own big western bathroom in your own space. Therefore, you can stay in the totally private 2-bedroom apartment if you have a good budget or big group. Then you can choose to stay in the totally private en-suite double room if you are single, couple or with friend. Besides, other shared accommodations are also awesome because we also pay much attention to your privacy, safety and comfort.
